myCWT populates user's information, including loyalty program numbers,  automatically in his reservations, enabling the him to book even faster. 

myCWT helps to book company-preferred as well as colleague-favorite and previous-stay hotels in a few easy taps.

myCWT syncs trips to the user's calendar and imports meetings into the app.

myCWT allows the user to check in for flights on more than 250 airlines worldwide.

myCWT gives the user free, real-time flight notifications, including delays, cancellations and gate changes, for all major airlines.

RoomIt by CWT is a division of Carlson Wagonlit Travel, a long-standing leader in business travel. RoomIt provides travelers with the rooms, rates, amenities, and loyalty programs they want; while helping organizations control their budget and improve travel oversight.

In order to explore customised app set up, upon on-boarding, I took the liberty to imagine that Samsung are my client

I decided to be agnostic to any existing design system, since I believe that this way is a better demonstration of my design skills

I assumed that the user enters the flow after some sort of identification, which provides basic personal information about him / her

My thinking was guided by 3 principles: Discoverability, Relatability and Jobs To Be Done approach

Preliminary exploratory study of the personas we aim to design for. Conducted when we plan to design a product for a new type of user or cater a new service, and provides a way to understand its’ potential users’ needs and use cases. ​

This, along with quantitative data, defines the persona and use cases. ​

myCWT is a service delivered to its users through multiple channels, such as mobile, desktop, messaging, off-line and live agents. In order to make that service seamless, regardless the touch point - we aimed to design and build the Counselors facing tools to empower the agents to deliver the best service to our travelers.

The results are based on an online survey with 594 business travelers who match the corporate traveler persona. 

Our survey revealed that experienced travelers are more likely to book flights on mobile. We assume that booking on mobile requires a level of confidence that is acquired with some experience in travel. The fact that more experienced travelers book on mobile has an effect on the type of flights that are being booked on this channel. Those travelers often book higher-classed flights and book closer to the time of travel. Therefore, the flights booked on mobile tend to be more expensive than those booked on a non-mobile device such as a desktop.
